Bulk end of season awards for clubs usually means one person, often the secretary or a junior co-ordinator, ordering dozens of awards with the same crest and a different name on each. Build your list before you start
Start with a spreadsheet: one row per award, with columns for size, award title, team or age group, recipient and season. Ask each team's manager or coach to fill in their own rows, as they know the spellings and nicknames. Agreeing the season format and how age groups are written, for example U10s for every team, keeps the whole set consistent. A shared order keeps end of season awards for different teams together, while giving each recipient their own wording.
Collect names well before the presentation evening. In a large junior section, chasing the last few teams for their lists is usually what takes longest.
Mark which awards are large and which are small in the size column from the start. It makes the order quicker to enter and the total easy to check against the club's budget.
Same crest, new name
Upload your crest and design the first award. From there, add more names one at a time without uploading the crest again, or use the bulk option to paste a list of names in one go, straight from your spreadsheet column. The rest of the wording carries across, so you only change what differs, such as the award title or the team line.
Before checkout, read every name against your spreadsheet. A spelling mistake on a child's award is the error parents notice first.
Mixing small and large
Bulk orders tend to split the same way: small awards at £8.99 for every player in a squad, and large awards at £13.99 for each team's headline award or the club-wide ones such as volunteer of the year. There are no price tiers, so the cost is simply the count of each size, plus £10.00 delivery for the whole order.
That flat delivery is worth using. One combined order for every section costs less in postage than each manager ordering separately, and makes sure every award in the club matches.

Made in Cornwall and delivered within 7 days Work back from the presentation date, allow time for collecting names, and leave a margin for anyone who joins late. Because the minimum is only 5, a few late additions can go in a small second order if needed.

Is there a discount for ordering in bulk?
No. Prices are fixed at £8.99 for small and £13.99 for large however many you order, with no tiers. The saving on a large order comes from delivery, which is a flat £10.00 for the whole order whatever the quantity.
Can I paste in a list of names?
Yes. After designing the first award, use the bulk option to paste your list of names, and each one is added with the same crest and wording. It is the quickest way to set up a full squad or a whole junior section.
Can different teams have different award titles in one order?
Yes. Each award in the order can have its own wording and size. A junior section can order player of the season, most improved and coach's award for every age group, all in one order with a single crest upload.
What is the best way to avoid spelling mistakes in a big order?
Have each team's manager supply names in writing, ideally in a shared spreadsheet, then paste from it rather than retyping. Check every award on the photo of the design before you pay, watching for hyphens, apostrophes and double-barrelled surnames.
