Football End of Season Awards
Football end of season awards are the last big job of the grassroots year, and often the one left until the final whistle. Most league fixtures finish in April or May, cup finals follow, and the presentation lands somewhere in May or June. Our glass awards are UV-printed in full colour, with your crest at the top and up to four lines of text underneath, so every player goes home with the club's own badge.

Who sorts the awards, and when
In a senior club the committee or the first-team manager usually decides the winners, and the secretary or treasurer places the order. In a junior club it tends to be split: each age group manager sends a list of names to a presentation co-ordinator, who gathers everything into one order for the whole section.
The tricky part is collecting names from every team before the final weekend of the season. Set a deadline a few weeks before the presentation, chase the managers who have not replied, and order once the list is complete rather than in dribs and drabs.
How many awards a football club needs
An adult team typically hands out five or six: player of the season, players' player, manager's player, top goalscorer, golden glove and perhaps a clubman award. A club with a reserves side or a veterans team will double or triple that.
Junior sections are different. At mini-soccer ages, from under-7s to under-11s, the FA's approach is about development rather than results, and many clubs give every child in the squad an award. That can mean twelve or fourteen per team. Older junior squads often move to a few named winners plus something for everyone else.
A sensible mix is small blocks for squad and participation awards, at £8.99 each, and large blocks for the headline trophies, at £13.99 each. Sizes and designs can be mixed freely in one order, and delivery is a flat £10.00 however many you buy.

Getting your crest to print well
Football badges are usually shields or roundels, often with a motto ribbon or a ball worked into the design. They print in full colour, so the club's own reds, blues or ambers come through as they appear on the shirt.
Upload the largest version of the crest you can find, ideally a transparent PNG. If your crest is white on a transparent background, we can add a dark backing panel so it stays visible on the glass. The live mock-up shows the design on a photo of the award as you type, so you can check the result before paying.
Wording that works for a football season
Use line one for the award title, line two for the club name, line three for the player and line four for the season. Because football runs across two calendar years, the usual season format is a split, such as 2025/26.
For junior teams, put the age group into the club line, for example your club name followed by U12 GIRLS, so the award still makes sense years later. Once the first design is done, the same crest can be reused for the rest of the squad, and you can paste a whole list of names in one go.

Questions
Should every child in an under-8s squad get the same award?
Many grassroots clubs do exactly that at mini-soccer ages, often with a title like PLAYER AWARD or a simple club and season line. Each award can still carry the child's own name, so they all match but stay personal.
Can we put a different team on each award in one order?
Yes. Every award in the order can have its own wording, so the under-10s, under-14s and first team can all go through together. The crest stays the same and you change the team and name lines.
When should we order for a June presentation?
Order once your managers have confirmed names, which is usually straight after the last league fixture. Made in Cornwall and delivered within 7 days Leave a little extra margin if your presentation falls just after a cup final.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 5 awards per order, mixed across sizes however you like. Small awards are £8.99 each, large awards are £13.99 each, and delivery is a flat £10.00 per order.
