Equestrian End of Season Awards
Equestrian end of season awards work differently from team sports. Riding clubs, Pony Club branches and show centres usually award league champions on points gathered across the year, and the horse matters as much as the rider. Our glass awards are UV-printed in full colour with your club logo and up to four lines of text, which leaves room for a rider's name and a horse's name on the same award.

When riding clubs hold their prize-giving
Summer show and league seasons generally run from spring to early autumn, so riding clubs often hold their prize-giving or annual dinner between October and January, sometimes alongside the AGM. Winter dressage and show jumping series run the other way, roughly October to March, and finish with their own championship.
That means many clubs need two sets of awards a year. Summer leagues usually take a single year as the season line, while a winter series reads better as "Winter Series 2025/26".
What equestrian clubs award
Most awards come from league tables: Dressage League Champion, Show Jumping League Champion, Eventing or Combined Training Champion, each often with a Reserve Champion. Larger clubs split leagues by level, such as Intro, Prelim and Novice in dressage, or by fence height in show jumping.
Alongside the points awards, clubs often give Most Improved Rider, Horse of the Year, Team of the Year for club teams at area or national qualifiers, and a Volunteer award for the people who build courses, write for judges and organise rallies. Pony Club branches commonly add awards for tests passed or best turned out at camp.

Rider and horse on one award
The four text lines suit equestrian awards well. A common layout is award title, league or level, rider's name, then horse's name. Registered show names can be long, so most clubs use the stable name ("Jane Hart and Biscuit") or put rider and horse on separate lines. If the season matters, combine it with the league line: "Prelim Dressage 2025/26".
If a horse is the winner in its own right, for Horse of the Year or Schoolmaster of the Year, put the horse's name on the name line and the owner or rider on the line below.
Logos, sizes and ordering
Riding club and Pony Club branch logos often feature a horse's head in profile, horseshoes or fine line work. Thin lines need a high resolution file, so upload the largest version you have. A white silhouette on a transparent background will need the dark backing panel to show.
A club with three leagues, champions and reserves, plus a handful of special awards, can need fifteen or more. Large awards at £13.99 suit league champions, with Small at £8.99 for reserves and special awards. The minimum order is five, sizes mix freely and Same crest, new name speeds up the rest.

Questions
Can we put both the rider and the horse on the award?
Yes. You have four text lines, so a typical layout is award, league, rider and horse. If you want the club name too, combine the league and season onto one line, or leave the club name off, since your logo is already at the top.
Do we need separate orders for summer and winter league awards?
Only if the presentations are months apart. Each award in an order can carry different text, so if both series finish around the same time, summer awards with a single year and winter awards marked 2025/26 can go in together.
Our Pony Club branch logo is a small image from the website. Will it print?
Small web images tend to print soft, especially fine line work such as a mane or lettering around a badge. Ask your branch committee for the original artwork, ideally a transparent PNG, and upload the largest version you can find.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum is five awards per order, in any mix of Small at £8.99 and Large at £13.99. Delivery is a flat £10.00 however many you order. Made in Cornwall and delivered within 7 days
