Table Tennis End of Season Awards

Table tennis end of season awards are usually handled by the local league, which runs divisions of three-player teams through the winter and finishes with its closed championships. That produces a long list of winners: division champions, averages winners, handicap cup holders and closed titles across age groups. Our printed glass awards carry your league or club logo in full colour with up to four lines of text for each player.

The table tennis league season

Local leagues across the UK typically play from September to April, with teams of three meeting midweek in church halls, sports centres and dedicated clubs. Each match produces individual results, so every player has a personal average for the season as well as a team position.

The league's closed championships, open only to registered players, usually take place in spring. The presentation evening follows in May or June, often alongside the league's annual general meeting. The league secretary or results secretary usually places the order, working from the final tables and the closed results.

Awards table tennis leagues give

Division winners and runners-up receive team awards, usually one per registered player. Averages awards go to the player with the best win percentage in each division, which recognises consistency over a whole season. Handicap cup competitions let lower division teams compete with stronger ones, and their winners are often among the most popular on the night.

Closed championship titles normally include men's and women's singles, doubles, mixed doubles, veterans' events by age band and junior events. Clubs within the league may add their own most improved player or junior player of the year.

League and club logos

Table tennis logos usually feature a bat and ball, a net or the league's initials, often in red, blue and black. Many leagues have simple logos that were drawn years ago and only exist as small files, so look out the largest version you can find. The logo prints in full colour, and white logos can sit on a dark backing panel.

Wording for divisions and averages

Division titles can be shortened to fit: DIV 2 AVERAGES WINNER on line one, the league name on line two, the player on line three and the win percentage or season on line four, such as 86% or 2025/26. For team awards, add the club and team name on line four so players can tell their teams apart.

Small awards suit team members, averages winners and runners-up, with large awards for the closed singles champions and the top division title. Mix both freely in one order, add each name without uploading the logo again, and paste team lists using the bulk option. Check every line in the live on-screen mock-up.

Good to know

Questions

Should averages awards show the win percentage?

Many leagues add it to the last line, for example 86% or 43 FROM 48. It records the achievement clearly. Keep it short so it sits neatly under the player's name.

Can we order awards for every division at once?

Yes. Set up your league logo once, then add a design for each division and each competition. Small and large sizes can be mixed in the same order, and delivery is a flat £10.00 for the whole order.

How should we word veterans' closed titles?

Put the age band in the title, for example OVER-50S SINGLES CHAMPION, split across two lines if needed. The live on-screen mock-up shows straight away whether the wording fits comfortably on the glass.

Can a club within the league order its own awards?

Yes. A club can upload its own logo and order its own awards, such as most improved player or junior player of the year. The only requirement is a minimum of 5 awards per order.
