Triathlon end of season awards are usually about effort across a whole year of racing. A club's members might do pool sprints, open water standard distance or a full iron-distance race, plus duathlon and aquathlon in the cooler months. Our glass awards are UV-printed in full colour with your club logo and up to four lines of text, so club champions and personal milestones can be recognised in the same set.

The triathlon year
UK triathlon is mainly raced from spring to early autumn, roughly April to September, with open water events in the warmer months and duathlon and aquathlon either side. Most clubs hold their annual awards between November and February, often at a club dinner or the AGM, when the racing calendar is quiet.
Since the racing year sits within one calendar year, a single year is the usual season line.
Club championships and categories
Many clubs run a club championship scored on points from nominated races, often a mix of sprint, standard and longer distances. Champions are usually split by sex and often by age group, following the five-year bands used in age-group racing, such as 40 to 44. Juniors and youth members may have their own category.
Beyond the points table, clubs give Most Improved Triathlete, Newcomer of the Year, Best Performance at a single race, a Long Distance Achievement award for members who finished a middle or iron-distance race, and Club Person of the Year for the volunteer who books pool time, marshals or runs the club's own event.
How many awards a club needs
Count categories first. Male and female champions across four or five age bands plus juniors can reach a dozen before the special awards. Large awards at £13.99 suit overall champions, with Small at £8.99 for category winners and achievements. The minimum is five awards and sizes mix freely.
Achievement awards for every member who finished a long-distance race are popular. Paste the names in bulk once the first design is done.
Modern logos and wording
Triathlon club logos are typically modern: a wordmark, three linked icons for swim, bike and run, or a stylised figure. A very wide wordmark has to shrink to fit across the block, so the icon alone is often clearer at the top, with the club name on a text line. If your kit logo is white, use the transparent version and choose the dark backing panel.
Use line 1 for the award (CLUB CHAMPION), line 2 for the category ("Female 40-44"), line 3 for the name and line 4 for the year. For achievement awards, name the race and distance on line 2 and add the finish time on line 4, if the athlete is happy to share it.

Questions
How should we split club champion categories?
Most clubs use male and female categories, often with age bands in five-year steps to match age-group racing. Smaller clubs combine bands into broader veteran categories. Write the category on line 2 so each winner's award says exactly what they won.
Can we put a finish time on an achievement award?
Yes, as one of the four text lines. A common layout is the award title, the race and distance, the athlete's name and their time. Check the time against the official results before you order.
Should duathlon and aquathlon results count in the awards?
That is a club decision. Some clubs include winter duathlon and aquathlon in the championship points, others give separate awards. If separate, a Duathlon Champion award can go in the same order so everything matches.
Can we order in good time for a winter awards dinner?
