Karting End of Season Awards
Karting end of season awards are usually all about the club championship tables. With several classes racing at every round, from cadets to seniors and gearbox karts, a club can end the year with a podium in each class plus a few awards for spirit and progress. We UV-print your club logo and up to four lines of text in full colour on glass, so each class champion gets a matching award made in Cornwall.

The karting calendar
Club championships at UK circuits generally run from early spring to October or November, with roughly one round a month. Dropped scores and the final round decide most titles, so trophy orders cannot be finalised until the last results are confirmed. The awards dinner is usually held between November and January, often at a hotel or the circuit's function room.
Because the championship runs within one calendar year, the year on its own reads more naturally on the bottom line than a split season.
Classes and podiums
Karting awards are organised by class. A typical club runs classes for the youngest drivers (often called Bambino), Cadets, Juniors and Seniors across engine types, plus TKM, Honda or gearbox classes depending on the circuit. Most clubs award Champion, Runner-up and Third Place in each, so six classes means eighteen podium awards before any extras.
Extras commonly include Rookie or Novice of the Year for first-season drivers, Most Improved Driver, Driver of the Year chosen by the committee, a Sportsmanship award, and Marshal of the Year for the volunteers who flag every round in all weathers.

Choosing sizes for podiums
Using size to show position works well: Large awards at £13.99 for each class champion and Small at £8.99 for second and third. Sizes and designs can be mixed freely, and the minimum order is five. Once one design is set up, Same crest, new name or the bulk list of names gets every class done without uploading the logo again.
Order after the final round is confirmed and allow time for production and post. A flat £10.00 delivery charge covers the whole order.
Logos and wording for karting clubs
Karting club logos tend to be graphic: chequered flags, speed lines, a kart silhouette or the outline of the circuit itself. Bright reds, yellows and blacks print strongly in full colour. If the logo is a long banner shape with the club name beside the graphic, it has to shrink to fit the width, so the graphic alone with the name typed below can be clearer.
Put the position on line 1 (CHAMPION, 2ND PLACE), the class on line 2 ("Honda Cadet", "X30 Senior"), the driver on line 3 and the championship name and year on line 4. Spell class names exactly as they appear in your regulations, because drivers and parents notice.

Questions
Can we set up podium awards before the final round?
You can plan the wording in advance, but it is safest to order once results are final, since names cannot change after printing. Setting up one class first, then using Same crest, new name for the rest, keeps it quick once results are out.
What should a novice or rookie award say?
Rookie of the Year and Novice of the Year are both common. Many clubs give it to the best-placed driver in their first season of licensed racing, whatever their class, so the class line can be left off or replaced with the club name.
Our logo includes a circuit outline with thin lines. Will it print clearly?
Thin lines print best from a large, high resolution file. Use the original artwork rather than a social media image, ideally a transparent PNG. If the outline is white, choose the dark backing panel so it stands out on the glass.
What does delivery cost for a full set of class awards?
Delivery is a flat £10.00 per order, however many awards are in it, so podiums for every class cost the same to send as five awards. Made in Cornwall and delivered within 7 days
