Golf Senior and Junior Champion Award
A golf senior and junior champion award covers the two sections that often keep a club going: seniors who play midweek most of the year and juniors who are the members of the future. Both sections usually run their own championship, separate from the main club championship, and both winners deserve a proper award at the annual dinner.

Golf end of season awards: the seniors' championship
Seniors' sections set their own age threshold, commonly 55 or over, and run their own midweek competitions, matches against other clubs and a seniors' championship. Some play it off scratch, others off handicap, and many hold it over 18 holes rather than 36.
The seniors' captain or section secretary usually handles the awards. Seniors often have their own presentation lunch as well as appearing at the main dinner, so check which event the awards are meant for before you order.
The junior championship
Junior sections run championships for players under 18, sometimes with age bands such as under-12s, under-15s and under-18s. Shorter tees for the younger players are common. Many clubs hold the junior championship in the school summer holidays, often in August.
The junior organiser usually wants a set of awards: champion, runner-up, best net score, and sometimes a prize for each age band. A mix of large and small blocks keeps the champion's award distinct.

Wording for each
For seniors, try "SENIORS' CHAMPION" on line 1, the club name or "Seniors' Section" on line 2, the winner on line 3 and the year on line 4. If the championship is played for a named trophy, such as "The Veterans' Salver", that can go on line 1 instead.
For juniors, "JUNIOR CHAMPION" on line 1 and the age band on line 2, "Under-15s" for example, then the name and year. Young players often keep these awards for years, so spell names exactly as the family uses them. A junior who wins at under-12 level may well be challenging for the club championship a few summers later, and the award becomes the first entry in that story.
Ordering both together
Because both championships often finish in late summer, one combined order covering seniors and juniors makes sense, and it keeps delivery to a single flat charge. Upload the crest once and use "same crest, new name" to set up each award, or paste a list of names using the bulk option.
If the two sections present on different dates, there is nothing wrong with two separate orders, as long as each one reaches the minimum of 5 awards. The seniors' section might cover its champion, runner-up, net winner, matchplay knockout and a midweek order of merit, while the juniors add their age band winners. Agree between the section secretaries who will place each order so nothing is missed or doubled up.

Questions
What age makes a senior golfer?
It depends on the club. Many seniors' sections start at 55, others at 60 or more. The award does not need to say the age, so simply use the title your section uses.
Can each junior age band have its own award?
Yes. Every award can carry its own title, age band and name, and you can choose small or large for each one. The minimum is 5 across the whole order.
Can we use one design for both sections?
Yes. Upload the club crest once, then change the title, section and name for each award. The design shows on screen as you type, so you can check every one.
How long does delivery take?
Made in Cornwall and delivered within 7 days Delivery is a flat £10.00 per order, whatever the quantity, so combining the seniors' and juniors' awards in one order is usually the simplest and cheapest option for the club.
